Pricing, answered
Is there really no lock-in?
No contract term and no minimum period. You give a month’s notice and it stops. We would rather you stayed because it works than because you signed something.
What is the setup fee for?
Setup is from £499 and covers reading your website, configuring the checker to your trade and schemes, branding everything to your logo and colours, and getting it live on your site. It is once, not monthly.
Can I start with one tool?
Yes — that is what Starter is. One checker, or the chat, on the site you already have. Most installers add the second one within a couple of months.
Do I pay per enquiry?
No. Flat monthly, however many enquiries it produces. A per-enquiry fee would mean we make more when your site converts better, which is the wrong incentive for a piece of software you own.
What if I have more than one site or brand?
Priced on the call. Multi-site and multi-brand are common with installers who trade under different names by region, and the per-site cost drops.
Is the ad spend included?
No, and nobody should include it. On Full HQ we build and run the campaigns; the ad budget goes directly to Google and stays yours. Management can also be added to a lower plan from £599/month.
