Using this website

This site is provided for information. The demonstrations on it are real software but use example data; nothing on this site is a quotation or an offer of a grant.

Grant figures

Every grant figure on this site is indicative and is labelled as such. Amounts, eligibility and scheme availability are set by government and change. We check the figures and publish the date we checked them — currently 30 August 2026 — but the only binding answer is the one from the official application.

What we are not

InstallerHQ does not carry out installations, does not hold MCS or any installation certification, and takes no part in MCS certification, DNO applications or Ofgem grant submissions. Those remain the installer's responsibility.

The service

Plans are monthly with no minimum term and may be cancelled with a month's notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration work has begun. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your data

Enquiries generated by your checkers belong to you. We act as your data processor for them and never share them with another installer. See the Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
